Migrate existing MS FP/Access site to DW that doesn't

by "rcoda1" <webforumsuser@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Aug 6, 2008 at 07:49 PM

Hi:

 I am a designer/photographer. I originally created my website (
www.rcodaphotography.com ) using MS FrontPage and MS Access. As MS
FrontPage
Extensions are going to be history and I have switched to Mac, I'd like to

migrate my website to Dreamweaver. I am NOT A PROGRAMMER and still
learning
Dreamweaver. I had a lot of help getting the site to run the way it does.
SO I
need to know how to get the same functionality and look, but using
Dreamweaver
and Access (or another DB). I still have Windows/FP/Access on my Mac, but
I
have other sites I have done in Dreamweaver on the same server (1&1) and
currently have to disable the FP Extensions everytime I want to publish
those
sites. Then I have to restart the Extensions in order for my photography
site
to function. I'd like to be able to eliminate this.

The only pages that have the ASP code are
 www.rcodaphotography.com/vertical1.asp
 www.rcodaphotography.com/vertical2.asp
 www.rcodaphotography.com/horizontal1.asp
 www.rcodaphotography.com/horizontal2.asp
 www.rcodaphotography.com/square1.asp
 www.rcodaphotography.com/square2.asp
 www.rcodaphotography.com/info1.asp

The vertical, horizontal and square pages are identical except for a
background GIF in a table cell (all the "1"s are the same, all the "2"s
are the
same). info.asp is slightly different... it has a Paypal code in there as
well.

I'm willing to offer any 8x10 signed print currently on my website the
one who
can help me make this migration.

 Thanks very much,

 Rich
