Bug#299324: ITP: emacs.app -- The GNU Emacs editor on GNUstep

the source of emacs.app has been merged into the official
gnu emacs version (23.x in cvs) as can be seen at:
http://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/emacs/nextstep/?root=3Demacs

once emacs 23.x is ****pped with debian this bug should be
reassigned to emacs and be built from that source using
../configure --with-ns --without-x

here's the debian/* files i used to use for the earlier
unmerged emacs.app debian packages:
http://sid.ethz.ch/debian/emacs/emacs.app-9.0~pre3b/debian/
